Abdul Hamid Info - in this article, I will share a personal experience about sound problems in Windows 7.
When reinstalling Windows 7 the ultimate version I have a problem with the sound that is the try icon sound with a red sign that says "No Speakers or Headphones Are Plugged in"
Here I use Realtek, even though the device manager has a driver installed, but when the headset is plugged into the computer the sound becomes normal.
I have tried various methods, started to install and uninstall drivers, scan hardware changes and so on, but the problem did not go away. For those of you whose sound drivers are still empty, please download first and install before I continue to the next step.
This is how to resolve "No Speakers or Headphones Are Plugged in" Enter the Control panel, then search for Realtek HD Audio Manager.
Note: If your Control Panel display is like the image below then click on View By, change the Category to Small Icon so that the Realtek HD Audio Manager option appears.
Please click on Realtek HD Audio Manager, see the image below
Next you will enter the realtek menu, then click the icon that looks like the letter "i" which I circled in red.
Then click the folder icon located at the top right like in the image below and the Connector Settings option will appear. Check the Disable Front Panel Jack Detection and uncheck or uncheck the Enable Auto Popup, more details, please see the image below then click OK and after returning to the main menu click OK.
Enough here until this time the discussion Overcoming No Speakers or Headphones Are Plugged in. Hopefully Helpful & Helpful.
